Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We currently do not accept returns for change of minds. Therefore, please check your sizes strictly by the sizing charts provided on every single product page before ordering. Warnings are given amply on product page, at the checkout page and once more in order confirmation email - for customers to check their sizes according to our size charts before ordering. When in doubt, please send us an email to double check.

Wrong size ordered must be informed (
support@gentleapparel.com) within 1 hour of ordering because we always work fast at the warehouse to ship out orders. Once it has been shipped and we paid to our shipping provider, we cannot get the items back even if we asked nicely! 

If you'd like to return your items for a refund, please get email us (support@gentleapparel.com) to get authorisation first, otherwise, self-returns will not be honored.

There will be a 15% restocking fee for all refunds. There is no restocking fee for items returned for store credit.

Once a return is approved by us, customers have thirty days to send back their purchase. After 30 days, the return will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.


Refunds / Reship (if applicable)

To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the products at support@gentleapparel.com with pictures of the damaged items. This is subject to an approval process and we will require your full cooperation to provide pictures (or videos) to help us with the refund application. 

When proven to be our mistake (faulty or damaged items), we will work with you on a refund or reshipment. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.


Lost or Stolen Packages
Gentle Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order UNLESS you bought Priority Shipping with Insurance at the checkout


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@gentleapparel.com. Exchanges do not apply to change of mind, only for change of sizesPlease do not ship back to the address on the parcel because our returns warehouse is based in another location.

Exchanges MUST be authorised by our team before refunds can be issued. Customers who self-return parcels without acknowledgement will be sadly rejected refunds.


Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our return shipping address will be shared during our email correspondences.
